Repeat Wise helps you manage recurring tasks and habits with a warm, distraction-free interface. Create tasks that repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, organize them with tags, and reflect on your day with a built-in diary.
Repeat Wise runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 and later. Mac and Apple Vision Pro versions are on our roadmap.
English, German, and French. Repeat Wise follows your device's language. To use a different language just for Repeat Wise, open Settings in the app and tap Language, which takes you to the app's page in the system Settings.
No. All of your tasks, tags, completions, and diary entries are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. If you delete the app, this data is permanently removed.
Data export is on our roadmap. If this is important to you, please email us — user requests directly shape what we build next.
When you create a task, choose how often it repeats: once, daily, on weekdays or weekends, weekly, monthly, yearly, or on specific dates. The task appears on the Today tab on each scheduled date, and completed or missed tasks are visible on the History tab.
Open the Manage tab to see all tasks. Tap a task to edit it, or swipe left to delete. Deleting a task also removes its completion history.
Tags help you group related tasks (e.g., Work, Health, Home). Open the Manage tab and tap the tag icon in the toolbar to view or edit your tags. You can assign one or more tags to any task.
Yes. From the Diary tab, you can record a voice note or a video for any entry. Captured media is stored on your device only.
On devices that support Apple Intelligence, Repeat Wise can turn a plain-language description into a task, reflect on a diary entry with a short summary and key points, suggest a mood as you write, search your tasks and diary by meaning, and offer Insights about your schedule in the History tab. Everything runs on your device, and nothing is sent to us. To turn these features off, open Settings in the app and switch off Use On-Device Intelligence. On other devices, Repeat Wise works fully without them.
Yes. Long-press your Home Screen, tap the + button, search for "Repeat Wise," and add the widget to see your tasks at a glance. It follows the theme you choose in the app.
Yes. Try saying "Add task in Repeat Wise" or "Describe a task in Repeat Wise". Siri asks what to add and creates the task. You'll also find Repeat Wise actions in the Shortcuts app.
Tap the gear icon on the Today tab to open Settings. From there you can choose your week start day and weekend days, pick a theme, toggle haptic feedback, and change the app's language.
Yes. The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, and high-contrast appearances. If you encounter any accessibility issue, please reach out — we treat these reports as a high priority.
No. Repeat Wise has no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. We collect only anonymous usage analytics and crash reports to improve stability, and you can turn analytics off in Settings > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
